soft-msd - creates the compiled SoftEnv database from the admin databases

DESCRIPTION

This program soft-msd makes the compiled database from the user-friendly database files edited by the administrators.

NOTE: This manual page only describes basic information for the program titled soft-msd. If you are new to the SoftEnv system, refer to 'man softenv-intro'. For administration details, refer to 'man softenv-admin'. More detailed information about this program can alo be found in those manual pages.

OPTIONS

soft-msd [-d -t -n]

-d

This option turns on debugging.

-n

This option checks the databases and pretends to write the compiled database, but doesn't actually.

-t

This creates the test database instead of the real soft.db

-u -h --help
