Adding and Removing Users from your ProjectA principle investigator (PI) may request accounts for additional users under his or her project by using the Add/Remove User Form in the TeraGrid User Portal. Adding and removing a user should be done by the PI or his/her authorized agent.
View the User Portal documentation for information on obtaining a portal account. New users will receive information packets via conventional mail in about two weeks. As with the original allocation request, these packets contain login information for each of the sites where compute time has been awarded. The packets also contain the User Responsibility Form, the last page of which must be signed and returned by each new user within 30 days. New users may begin using their accounts as soon as the packet is received. |
