Poster Sessions

SCHEDULE

Poster Sessions will be held during the morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday, June 14, 10:15-11am and 3:30-4pm in the Lobby Area just outside of the Auditorium of the IUPUI University Place Conference Center.

Information and requirements for poster presenters are listed below. Poster presenters are listed further down on this page.

• When you arrive to TeraGrid '06, drop off your poster at the TeraGrid '06 conference registration table.
• Conference staff will setup all posters on Wednesday by 9:30am
• You are expected to be present at your poster during official poster session times:
  Wednesday, June 14, 10:15–11am and 3:30–4pm

POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

• Posters must be mounted on foam core or non-flexible backing; suitable for placing on an easel
• One easel per poster session will be provided at the conference site
• Each poster consists of *one * printed poster only on easel
  ( tables will *not* be provided )
• Printed poster dimensions should be approximately 30" X 40"
  —in portrait or landscape orientation (portrait recommended)
• Be sure to include on the top of your poster: Poster title Your name Your institution/affiliation
